What Our Customers Think About Us

Are we meeting our goal of becoming the number 1 place to shop for DSL lines in the world?See what our customers have to say about their experience with us:

"Selecting a provider was simple because the work was already done for us. We're saving more than we thought we could thanks to anyion.us."

Todd Leishman
Director MIS
Allwest Plastics

"We found anyion.us via a Web Search in Google while shopping for reliable/competitive T-1 lines. Adam Edwards, a anyion.us consultant, asked me questions without selling anything and then delivered an array of options with pros and cons for each. I've dealt with many types of vendors as a "decision maker" for multiple companies and anyion.us is a model for success. Needless to say we are in the process of converting all of our data lines throughout the country with the help of anyion.us."

Todd Kawai
Controller
Sierra Engineering

"anyion.us provided us with multiple options allowing us to compare quotes and select the best service for our needs. We were also pleased with the post-sales support anyion.us gave us when we needed help getting our rebates and coordinating our provisioning."

Joju Sebastian

"The nature of our business demands a reliable T1 service. anyion.us helped us find aTier 1 service provider and negotiated a lower price than the vendor would have given to us if we went direct.

Sunder Isaac
Registrar4less.com

"We found anyion.us to be a very convenient and cost effective way to find new Voice and Data Service. Within 1-2 seconds there were quotes from 5-6 different providers. The anyion.us folks were very helpful in explaining the pros and cons of the different services they were representing."

The Who's Who of SBC DSL

Written by: Patrick Oborn - Mar 10, 2010

So you want SBC DSL but you're looking for a bit more information? Make sure you know the company to which people are referring when they try to answer your questions. SBC is actually a group of several companies and they have as many differences as do completely separate companies.

SBC traces its roots to the original Bell Company. It then broke off into the Southwestern Bell Company. Just a few years ago, SBC acquired Ameritech which offers service in the mid west. It also acquired Pacific Bell on the West coast and a few locations on the east. The behemoth of a company offers a service called SBC DSL however the service is provided by the underlying companies which still operate much like separate companies.

Recently Yahoo DSL was introduced which was simply a branding initiative. The underlying service is SBC DSL. When signing up for the service, your experience may be quite different depending on which region you are in. When reading message boards or consumer group's comments on SBC DSL, just make sure you know which region the person is talking about and don't take their comments too seriously if they're not in your region. Once again, these divisions are as different as separate companies because not too long ago they were separate companies. Also remember when reading chat boards and consumer groups that DSL service is highly dependant on your distance from the phone company so complaint people have about bandwidth may not apply to you as they could be farther from the phone company than you and therefore have a weaker signal.
